About Course

Deploy, Design & Migrate Workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE)

This program is designed for IT professionals who want to build strong hands-on skills in deploying, managing, securing, and migrating workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

You’ll work on real GCP services, real-world architecture and migration scenarios, and gain practical experience aligned with the Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE) certification.

What You’ll Learn in This Program

GCP Core Services & Infrastructure

Deploy and manage core GCP infrastructure using Compute Engine, VPC, Subnets, Routes, Firewall Rules, Cloud Storage, and Load Balancing in real Google Cloud environments.

Identity, Access & Governance

Configure and manage Google Cloud IAM, including users, service accounts, roles (primitive, predefined, and custom), and policies. Understand least-privilege access, project-level governance, and resource hierarchy (Organization, Folder, Project).

Application Architecture & Deployment

Deploy and manage scalable applications using Compute Engine, Managed Instance Groups, Autoscaling, and Google Cloud Load Balancing. Understand basic design patterns for high availability and fault tolerance.

Networking & Security

Design secure networking using VPC, Subnets, Firewall Rules, Routes, VPC Peering, Cloud VPN, and Private Google Access. Implement security best practices for production workloads.

Storage, Databases & Data Services

Work with Cloud Storage (Standard, Nearline, Coldline), Persistent Disks, and understand storage selection strategies. Design solutions using Cloud SQL, Firestore / Bigtable (intro) and implement basic backup and data protection strategies.

Monitoring, High Availability & Cost Optimization

Monitor workloads using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Audit Logs. Implement high availability, basic disaster recovery concepts, and cost-optimized architectures using pricing and resource optimization best practices.

Migration to GCP (Real-World Focus)

Perform end-to-end migration scenarios using:

  • Google Cloud Migration Center

  • Migrate to Virtual Machines

  • On-prem VM to Compute Engine

  • Database migration using Database Migration Service (DMS)

  • Storage & data migration to Cloud Storage

  • Re-hosting, Re-platforming & Re-architecting strategies

Real-World Labs & ACE Exam Readiness

Hands-on labs based on real production scenarios, Google Cloud best practices, and full coverage of Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE) exam objectives with deployment, operations, and migration-focused use cases.
